Returns will be accepted for store credit only within 7 days of the ship date. ParisBelle will not accept any returns after the 7 days. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged with original tags intact and attached and free of any stains (make up/deodorant etc…) Sale items and Special-order items cannot be returned for credit, or refund. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on jewelry. Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Pantyhose, tights, stocking are final sale items.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) prior to sending any merchandise back. You may obtain a number by emailing us or simply go to the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Please include the reason for the return or exchange. You must write the RA # on the outside of the package.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping and the return shipping to us.
ParisBelle reserves the right to limit the number of returns. ParisBelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend you to ship your package with insurance using a trackable shipping method.
Returns are processed approximately within 7 business days once received. An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been issued.
